Dial color varies between Red and Black.  Dampers with a black dial may also have black outer damper bolts.  Dial and bolts colors are no guaranteed.

-Lighter weight, 25% lighter.  Similar weight to most linear dampers.
-Shorter fluid travel between ports for more consistent feel
-Larger, re-shaped control dial with 20 settings
-Stationary dial positioning (that does not turn with the triple) for accurate reading at any turning angle.
-Lighter, stronger actuator arm.
